PORES©, an integrated system to manage optimally maintenance & renovation resources at the customer's location

Our Portable Renovation Shop (PORES©) is based on the idea that our customers already have qualified people and an existing infrastructure. Why not optimize the costs of maintenance and overhaul, then, by integrating the use of those resources into the project? PORES is not only a mobile workshop, with adequate equipment and spares stacked in containers and deployed in less than a week. It is also a complete project management system encompassing training personnel, technical and engineering management, procurement management, and quality-testing operations. All contained in a box.

Overhaul & Refurbishment: 

When rolling stock starts showing signs of excessive wear or when the system’s unreliability reaches unacceptable levels, the rail operators then face two alternatives: purchase new rolling stock or re-commission existing vehicles.
